I have just added a job on the site and it asks for a reference. What is this?

This is for people who post lots of different jobs with the same job title, to distinguish between them. It is optional

but it wont let me post the job without adding a reference, so what should I do?

Oh. I didn't realise that, sorry!

Put N/A in the box is my best suggestion for now.
